This is a very good program. The two guys who developed the program is a nutritionist and owner of gym / trainer. This is a program 28 days with 24 days of workouts and a complete diet. I highly recommend trying it. The $ 77 cost is minimal considering how much people spend on personal trainers. gym memberships, special diets (Jenny Craig etc.), training equipment Informercial, and loss, other weight / diet things that are there.
