low cal muffin

Lunch: Campbell Soup-on-the-go 70 Cal … Breakstone's Cottage Cheese Doubles 130 Cal …. 3 whole grain crackers Wasa 90 cal Snack: Caribou Coffee granola bar 140 Cal Lunch: Taco salad (serving lean ground beef, lots of iceberg lettuce, salsa, cheese serving shreadded) Tonights work: 45 minutes on Eliptical How all this could be myself dies hunger?? I usually do not eat more fruits and vegetables too btw .. just not today.
How much sodium is in what you intend eating? Sounds like a lot. Otherwise, I love what you eat. Do you like oatmeal? This would be an element of great breakfast, with a little milk. No sugar. That's what I eat every day, but it has a ton more calories than your sausage. I would include whole wheat bread (not enriched) in your diet to minimize all that sodium. Just my two cents.
