healthy Chinese dishes?
I'm really in the mood for Chinese food to order in the afternoon. But I do not want any thing that will kill my diet. I know the obvious – nothing fried. But can someone tell me exactly what I ordered dish that is low cal which is poultry or seafood in it (no red meat). I can go for Japanese too …. if someone has suggested to that either.
I tried something similar recently on this subject and I found some answers. Now there really is not 100% healthy Chinese dishes, but I can tell you some advice to eat and what not to eat. Most of what I already know, but part of what I had posted the source. Brown rice is full of good things for you, try to get as much as possible. Order Cantonese dishes as much as you can because they are usually fresher, light and better for you. Poor DO – fried food order, they are very bad for you, and they usually have a lot of saturated fat that can clog arteries. Eat foods with high sodium. We Americans tend to have too much sodium in our diet, and it's bad for you and you must cut, cut just below the MSG the same way. Order food with nuts. Nuts are very fat, end of story.
