Is this a good diet weight?

Breakfast: 2 Branan Homemade Blueberry Muffins (low fat) Shake (1 / 2 cup milk, 1 cup strawberries, 2 tablespoons of protein powder-50 grams protein, 260 cal), shake eventually be 350 Cal. Lunch: Sandwich 5 oz turkey 1 / 2 Pear Shake (3 cups milk, 2 tablespoons of protein powder 50 grams protein, 260 cal) that eventually shake 530 cal. Branan Blueberry Muffin (low fat) Dinner: 4 oz chicken 2 cups broccoli Shake (1 / 2 cup milk 1 1 / 2 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 2 tablespoons of protein powder 50 grams of protein, 260 cal) that eventually shake 500 cal. Is this good? Should I add something? Oh and Im 5'3 and 82 pounds.

You must find your maintenance level as far as calories go. Just off the top of my head, I'd say you need about 1300-1400 calories per day for maintenance, Assuming that you exercise. This means you would need at least 1700 CALs per day to start seeing weight gain. Just make sure it's own food.
