low cal banana muffins
honestly what would be healthier and I wouldnt do to inflate the concert tonight?
I have to play a concert tonight and have to wear a tight. If I had 190 Cal Weight Watchers muffin, 2 scrambled eggs, 200 cal sandwich on wheat and turkey breadwith little mustard, 130 Access Licenses Customer wheat crackers and a banana so far … which is probably about 680 calories … what should I make for dinner? I want to eat something that is healthy and keeps me at 1200 calories and do not make me bloat very bad … I have a few choices because we mcalisters I would Deli Wrap-grilled chicken with a layer of wheat, chicken, lettuce, mayonnaise and a little lighter. with cup of fruit or wheat wrap with turkey, ham, lettuce and a little mustard with a side of the main fruits that we are healthier and lower in calories? I'm not going to workout at all today … I do 6 times a week if. So help me please! if it helps, im 17, 5'5''et 125 lbs. thank you soo much (:
The chicken wrap grilled is probably best.
