How to lose weight healthily?
I'm 13 and I want to be a model. I need to lose 15 pounds, though. And I want to lose healthy weight. Does anyone have any suggestions? No ads, or stupid schemes. Thank you!
To lose weight, you should balance the fiscal and healthy eating. You should always eat breakfast because it starts to blow up your metabolism and you should eat every 3-4 hours all day make it work. Eat meals, small well balanced. Your meals should be about 45% of protein, carbohydrate 35% (and not starches, carbohydrates Vegetables may be) and no more than 20% fat. do cardio 4-5 days a week and strength train 2-3 days a week. Never train strength on the back-to-back days.
