Ok this was my goal is to lose weight, fat and also. I start an exercise routine that I workout everyday and also do the same to the gym to run (30-40min) and also lift weights. I want to know what food will help me lose fat / weight and is so simple … I know that fruit is the best option but what else as a PBJ sandwich? Scrambled eggs? Cereal? Etc. .. Would it be ok if I ate cereal for breakfast lunch and dinner?
