What is the best way to lose weight fast?
I am 175 pounds and want to lose as little weight as possible as much by my 18th birthday. Who is May 26. What is the best way to do this? I need help!

And understand that removing all the "bad" foods in your list and replace them with healthy foods (such as whole grain foods and fruits / vegetables) and adding some exercises like walking and stairs in your house you will at least lose about 20 pounds or maybe more, for your birthday.
