do you think of my plan would work fat loss?

Each day I bike for 30 minutes and I do 1 hour of hip hop abs video lol i also changed my routine to eat, I try to keep calories around 1500 before it was 2500 calories but I still eat whut i need that Im trying to repair but for now I want to knoe if I continue my routine that I have now, I'd be able to LSOE weight and speed would have happened? 2nd question i also want dieting 1 potato a week do you think I should lose weight?

Hi, I understand your pain. I've been there myself. I do not know how it happens, but 1 day I was 170 lbs and the other I was 250 lbs. Well … this is not exactly true, I knew how to get there. I started working harder at my job sitting behind my desk and in a couple of years … I was a blimp. I decided one day that I pay the overweight and tried and tried and tried and just could not do. I bought tapes, DVDs, exercise equipment, take pills, eat natural foods, following a long list of different diets and nothing seems to work. Sure I lose 10 or 20 lbs first, then all that would come straight back. Let me tell you the secret of how I finally lost weight without resume. Just follow these simple steps and you'll lose the extra baggage in no time. 1. Ignore all those regimes that claim to help you lose fat in no time. It's a bunch of BS. Each year there are always some secret magic of how you can lose weight it will make you turn head. 2. Forget the BS about the special foods to eat that can be attributed to fat loss or gain. Just remember to release the fatty food and junk food. It is okay to cheat occasionally. But if you eat healthily, you can almost eat whatever you want. 3. Just remember that you must burn more calories than you take in. It's simple arithmetic. If you eat 2500 calories a day, but your body burn off only 1500. Guess what happens to excess calories? They go directly into your stomach, ass, or thigh. If you do the opposite, you end up burning more calories than you take in. Guess what sometimes ….. TA daaaaa = fat loss. 4. To burn the calories you need to do cardio. You'll need to do this 3-5 times per week depending on your goals weight loss. You can forget all those crunches AB, AB Machine, Ball AB, AB secrets, and how crap ab else who is currently on the market. You need maintain a certain heart rate for at least 40 minutes. How do you know when you reach the heart rate level? Whether you're jogging, walking, power, hip jumps, dance … whatever … is the point where you're blowing a little, but not dying. 5. The last part is known what you eat. I speak not to eat junk food or vegetables. It is pretty obvious. But knowing what chemicals are in place in your diet. Manufactures are not things to achieve savings that health expenditure. One of the things I tried was a fat loss secret approach. I skeptical at first … but they were actually right.
